Academy Listings and Public Information

Approved academy details (name, sport, city, address, phone, website links, images and public notes) may appear on the website so that students and parents can find and contact coaching centres. Private admin notes, login credentials, rejected submissions and pending internal records are not shown publicly.

Academy owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. They should avoid including sensitive personal data about individual coaches or students in public profile fields.

Contact Forms and Enquiries

Messages sent through the contact form are stored so we can respond and are typically also delivered to our support email. We use these messages only to handle the enquiry, listing request or support issue. We do not sell contact-form data to third parties for marketing.

Guides and blogs may include editorial content, FAQs, comparison tables and future equipment or product blocks. If commercial or affiliate links are introduced later, we may collect aggregate click and performance data to understand usefulness, but we do not sell personal contact-form data for third-party marketing.
