The fastest way to receive help is to email contact@onespotacademy.com with clear details. Include:
- Your name and the best email or phone number for a reply
- The academy name and city (if the issue is listing-related)
- The page URL if you are reporting a problem on a specific page
- A short description of what you need (update, correction, login help, promotion status, guide/blog issue, etc.)
- Any screenshots or extra information that helps us understand the issue

Common Support Topics
Listing not yet approved — New submissions are reviewed before public display. Incomplete details or missing contact information can delay approval. Reply to any follow-up email we send or provide the missing information.
Wrong address or phone number — Send the correct details under our Corrections Policy. We update public listings after review.
Photos or category changes — Academy owners can request image or category updates. Provide the preferred new information clearly.
Login or account access — Include the email address associated with the account. We can guide you through recovery steps.
Promotion status — Promotion requests are reviewed by admin before activation. Contact us with the academy name if you need a status update.
Guide or blog corrections — Send the guide or blog URL, the exact issue, and any reliable source that supports the correction.
What We Can and Cannot Do
We can help with listing accuracy, account access related to OneSpotAcademy, promotion questions and general discovery support. We cannot guarantee academy admission, coaching outcomes, or changes to an academy’s own internal policies. Final decisions about fees, batches and admission remain with each academy.
