These terms explain the rules for using OneSpotAcademy. By using the site, you agree to follow them. Please do not use the site if you do not accept these terms.

Use of the Website

OneSpotAcademy helps people find sports academies, coaching information and practical guides. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information in forms, listings and account details. Do not disrupt the service, send spam, upload harmful material or misuse contact forms.

Academy Listings

Academies and authorised representatives may submit details for review. We may approve, reject, edit or remove a listing when it is incomplete, misleading, duplicated, inappropriate, unrelated to sports training or otherwise unsuitable for public display.

Submission of a listing does not guarantee approval or permanent publication. We may update or remove listings when corrections are reported or when information no longer meets our standards.

User and Academy Responsibilities

Academy owners are responsible for keeping contact details, training information, fees, schedules and facilities notes accurate. Students and parents should confirm fees, timings, safety arrangements, coaches and admission terms directly with the academy.

Users must not submit false information, impersonate others, or use the platform to harass academies or individuals.

Verification

A verified listing indicates that basic profile information has been reviewed for public display. Verification is not an endorsement of coaching quality, safety standards, results or admission outcomes. Families must still perform their own checks.

Academy Promotion

Academies may request promotion through the owner dashboard. We review and manage these requests manually. A promotion may be rejected, paused or removed if it contains false claims, unsafe promises, unrelated content or prohibited material. Promotion does not change verification status or editorial content.

Guides, Blogs and Equipment Advice

Guides and blog articles provide general information to help with decisions. They do not replace advice from coaches, qualified trainers, medical professionals or academy staff. Any future product or affiliate content must remain useful and is not a guarantee that a product is suitable for you.

No Guaranteed Admission or Results

OneSpotAcademy does not guarantee admission, team selection, tournament success, scholarships, fitness results or any other coaching outcome. Each academy is responsible for its own services and decisions. We provide discovery information, not bookings or admissions.

Intellectual Property

Website design, original text, guides, blogs, logos and compiled directory structure belong to OneSpotAcademy or its licensors. Academy names, logos and photos remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy substantial parts of the site for commercial reuse without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We try to keep information useful and reasonably current, but we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect third-party details, academy decisions, external websites, advertising services, outages or information that should have been checked directly. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
