Use of the Website

OneSpotAcademy helps users discover sports academies, training options, practical guides and approved promotions. You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting forms, listings or account details. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, submit spam, upload harmful content, or misuse contact forms.

Academy Listings

Academies and authorised representatives may submit listing details for review. We may approve, reject, edit or remove listings if information is incomplete, misleading, duplicate, inappropriate, not related to sports training, or otherwise unsuitable for public display.

Submission of a listing does not guarantee approval or permanent publication. We may update or remove listings when corrections are reported or when information no longer meets our standards.

User and Academy Responsibilities

Academy owners are responsible for keeping contact details, training information, fees notes, schedules and facilities information as accurate as possible. Students and parents should verify important details (fees, timings, safety, coach arrangements and admission terms) directly with the academy before joining any programme.

Users must not submit false information, impersonate others, or use the platform to harass academies or individuals.

Verification

A verified listing indicates that basic profile information has been reviewed for public display. Verification is not an endorsement of coaching quality, safety standards, results or admission outcomes. Families must still perform their own checks.

Academy Promotion

Academies may request OneSpotAcademy promotion from the owner dashboard. Promotion requests are reviewed by admin and managed manually. We may reject, pause or remove promotions that contain false claims, unsafe promises, unrelated content, prohibited material or that otherwise violate our guidelines. Promotion does not influence verification status or editorial content.

Guides, Blogs and Equipment Advice

Guides and blog articles are provided for general information and decision support. Equipment advice, training checklists, buying guides and comparisons should not replace direct advice from coaches, qualified trainers, medical professionals or academy staff. Product or affiliate blocks may be added in the future, but any such content must remain editorially useful and should not be treated as a guarantee of product suitability.

No Guaranteed Admission or Results

OneSpotAcademy does not guarantee academy admission, team selection, tournament success, scholarships, fitness results or any coaching outcome. Final decisions and services are handled entirely by each academy. We are a discovery platform, not a booking or admission agent.

Intellectual Property

Website design, original text, guides, blogs, logos and compiled directory structure belong to OneSpotAcademy or its licensors. Academy names, logos and photos remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy substantial parts of the site for commercial reuse without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep information useful and reasonably updated, but we are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect third-party details, academy decisions, external websites, ad networks, service interruptions, or reliance on information that users should verify independently. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
